Recent Legal Change in Germany; game unavailable

Hi - not really sure where to contact the devs other than the discussions forum.

Germany recently passed a law that bans digital storefronts like Steam from offering games without a set age rating, which unfortunately includes this title (which, luckily, I already own), and its sequel, Heaven Will Be Mine (which I do not). I was hoping to play it, but as of right now both games' store pages are inaccessible to me so I can't get HWBM or even access the store page for this one.

There should be a link to some manner of survey you can fill out to assign the game an age rating manually and get it unbanned from Steam in Germany for folks like me. Thanks in advance. <3

And FYI: Yes, I think that law is absolute nonsense too. Imagine how many old games are going to get absolutely devoured by this.
