Can't open the game

I have played all Cube Escape series with no issues, so I thought it would be cool and I bought the package from the Rusty Lake series but I'm having some problems.

The Rusty Lake Hotel open a grey window and does nothing.
The Rusty Lake Roots looks fine, the game open and i can play normally.
The Rusty Lake Paradise open and freeze in the first download scene (guy in a boat)

By the way, The White Door open a grey window and does nothing too.

I've checked the integrity of all game files and restarted pc and still haven't been able to resolve the issue.

Since I can play The Rusty Lake Roots normally I think the problem is not my computer.

I really appreciate if someone help me.

This issue can be caused by the antivirus program Bitdefender/Windows Security:

If you have Bitdefender/Windows Security, you will need to open it up. Once you open up Bitdefender/Windows Security, you should see a notifications tab on the bottom left. Next, you will want to view the notifications and you should see a message saying that application access was blocked. Click on view application, and then it will take you to a list of applications that may have been blocked. Look for the games you have issues with, and then click on the grey oval to the right. It should change to a blue oval with a checkmark next to it. That means you should now have access. Restart any of the games and you should have access!

It worked!

What I did was a little different because I didn't find the games in the list of applications with access denied, maybe because the game itself was opening but not working properly.
I had to allow access to specific folders that were being blocked and so the games are running normally now!

Doesn't start via Proton Experimental either. I only managed to play a little bit before game got updated.
Edit: Nevermind, got it working with Proton GE 6.5.
