Help. Mrs Pigeon missing key *Spoilers

[ℬℓα⊂₭ ℙℜ¡ℵ₠]

I got the 2 black keys, opened the electric box with the bird locked with 2 pad locks. Used the black key on one lock and it unlocked, used the other key on the other lock and the key disappeared from inventory but the lock is still locked. Can not progress. Is there a way to restart that room as the only reset I see resets the entire game.

I was wrong. There was another key.

Mine was the one inside the radio. Didnt have that glitch afterall.
