I have plenty of experience with this, and indeed it has nothing to do with you as the dev, other than writing a short disclaimer that you allow everyone to freely monetize the game's content.
YT doesn't make a fuss about it and disputes the claim pretty fast.

every Celeste video i uploaded got nailed the same way, and that was with the note from the dev giving permission to monetize and upload content.
the issue is bandcamp/soundcloud and iTunes starting to sell these tracks- and it causes the greedy license owners to drool a bit at al the money they can scam off people illegally.
even when the devs paid for the licenseing rights.

Once this game gets its own official permission written anywhere, then you won't have to deal with it either as long as you link it.
