Use pickups. Bulkify, or use Milk and Melee but not both at same time. Jump on his back you wont get hurt...use the fence lure him in.

Don't just try and spray bullets it will take 15 mins. Use those pickups with a friend.

Use bulky and melee him against the grinder, took me about 3 swings, have fun! :D
