not shure but when you get to 25 you have two new hats and a new charakter, we're currently at 28 or so

Hundreds....but will repeat after 100. Also there have been some nice bug fixes, like saving the hats and keys when you actually find them, no need to talk with farmer anymore. So you can just go KEY hunting. Also, make sure to click on the gravestone
Checking controller.

Yeah gamepad does work , but that menu has a BUG blocking you from getting to the ICON for HORDE MODE. Use mouse to click it. Issuing update right now. Also adding keys to the new Horde Map. And, have just tweaked difficulty.

Okay just issued a new Update, gamepad works now in the Main Menu now. If you don't have the update you can use the mouse to click on the HORDE selection and then go back to gamepad to start the game choose a character screen !

Well, a lot of 100% players get angry when they have to go back in and finish the achievements again....so.....not planning on it.
