My audio isn't working right

I was playing this game because i wanted to test it out before i play co op with my friend. The audio was all staticy for everything the game played except on the menu, I thought it was my audio quality on my headphones so i put it to max and no change in the staticy sound. I know the game is not all like that because I've watched a few youtube videos.

Is there a way to fix this?

Never heard of that. Do all the main menu audio works? The music and button sounds?

Seems like your missing files or your audio files are corrupted, or maybe you have something else running.

Try to re install xna 4.0. And also delete the game reinstall.

Makes no sense that main menu audio is working but in game is not. So files must be damaged.

The menu audio works just fine, its just the in game audio.
I'll try without headphones and then if that doesn't change then I'll start re-installing stuff

It seems like unplugging and replugging my headphones worked

Odd, there's no difference between main menu audio and in game audio. Same files are used, with same DLL files too. Just maybe they didn't download right.

ikr, it was staticy before i did it though, and then something that made no sense to me as an aspiring programmer worked. Though I do thank you, not many kind devs to check the issues on their games people personaly give, unless theirs a crap ton of the same ones.
