What do I need to buy if I want all the content without paying double?

Some times the sound effects start breaking over the course of the game, becoming low pitched and drawn out. It used to take a few games but now it happens on either the first or second game you play after starting the game.

I was just wondering if it's only just me who is stuck on a white screen when I boot up Clue? I haven't been able to play since April because of it.

I purchased the Black Adder Resort Crime Bundle and I have completed the case file, but the Tropical pack is missing. Am I doing something wrong?

If I'm not wrong, any player can make an accusation even if the player is outside a specific room... I have the Clue version of 2002 and you can make an accusation outside (if you can't reach a room and you almost got it, you can make the accusation). Even the Clue Classic pc game (2008) lets you make an accusation that way. So why does my turn end inmediately without even asking when playing with the Retro Rules?...
