Nintendo Switch / Steam Quiplash 2 Compatibility?
A local gaming bar recently got a Switch and JBPP3. I was really excited to play my custom Quiplash 2 episode with random patrons there, but discovered pretty quickly that the code doesn't work. I double checked it to make sure I entered it in correctly, but the system wouldn't load the episode.

I thought that maybe it was something the bar set up with their Switch via the Parental Controls or something. So I tested it with my friend's Switch that also has the party pack. Same results. I can't put my code in without it saying it doesn't recognize the episode.

The episode is my Stupid Customer Qs ( MVE-RTVJ ) episode. I'm pretty sure it is on the servers since I was able to get an episode ID.

Does the Switch have the same limitations to UGC as the PS4? Can you only play UGC on the Switch if it was created on the console, with no cross platform compatibility?

I've run into the same problem with the Sketchian Quippyverse (LHN-WWGB), and I hope someone can answer this.

Well, considering it's been over two years since I originally posted this, I doubt anyone from Jackbox Games can answer this.

If anything, they probably fixed the issue and didn't tell us!

Hello!

We're sorry we didn't answer your post 2 years ago. You should be able to load any custom episode, regardless of what platform it was created on. Please send us a ticket at help.jackboxgames.com if you're still having any issues loading custom episodes.
