Can you play the game from different PCs?

So our Group of friends would like to get all 3 games. I'm curious whether you can play the game from different PCs? As in, could I buy the game on my steam Account and then play the game at other friends places? Maybe by logging into my steam Profile at their place?

You can stream it over websites like Twitch or Hitbox, at a small rate of delay. That is the other way you can use the pack.

To answer your question: yes. But you need to install the pack at other people's computers to allow yourself to play it from other people's places. The pack is locked on your account once you purchase it, just sign on to your Steam profile from their place, install the application, and then you are good to go.
