Elevator trims for the Lear Jet and the jet trainer.

I looked everywhere for the elevator trims for these two aircraft. The Lear Jet has an nose up and down trim tab but I cannot find a way to get it to work. I cannot find any trims for the jet Trainer. As a result both of these aircraft pitch there noses upwards drastically and they are no fun to fly like this. Does anyone know how to correct this issue? Help Please.

The trim in the LJ45 pedestal only works when you set the trim switch next to it to the secondary mode. The primary trim is controlled with the trim on the yoke or through by autopilot.
If I remember correctly the pitch trim in the MB339 is controlled with one of the hat switches on the joystick.

We recommend assigning a joystick button for the pitch trim since it's one of the most used controls in the cockpit.
