Moin,

Vor zwei Tagen habe ich mir H1Z1 gedownloaden, weil meine Kollegen es spielen wollten. Bei ihnen hat alles wunderbar funktioniert, aber bei mir hing ich mehrere male immer in dem Loading Screen "Server-Sperrstatus wird geladen..." fest (unteranderem über 40 Minuten).

Da mir der Support bis jetzt nicht weiter helfen könnte, wollte ich mal an die Community wneden und fragen ob jemand das selbe Problem hat oder hatte und dafür sogar vielleicht eine Lösung für mich hat.

Delete General Game Files:

Find your game directory. The location of these files can vary, but by default they should be located here:

H1Z1:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\Common\H1Z1

In the window/folder, delete the following files:
· H1Z1.exe
· LaunchPad.exe
· UserOptions.ini
· SoundSettings.xml
· LoadingScreen.xml
· InputProfile_Default.xml
· InputProfile_User.xml
· vivoxoal_x64.dll
· vivoxsdk_x64.dll

Clear Cache Settings:
· Go to your game directory (As shown in the previous step)
· Delete "Launchpad-user.ini"
· Go to the launchpad.libs folder in your game directory
· Delete the launchpad.cache folder.
· Go to C:\Users<USERNAME>\AppData\LocalLow
· Delete the entire "Daybreak Game Company" and "Sony Online Entertainment" folders if there. (These folders are flagged as "Hidden" - you will need to enable the "View Hidden Files and Folders" option in the Folder Options menu of your Windows Explorer)

Validate Game Assets:
· Run Steam
· Right click on the game in your library.
· Choose Properties.
· Select the Local Files tab
· Click Verify Integrity of Game Cache

Du kannst dein PC zurücksetzten. Ich musste das aus anderen Gründen machen und danach hab ich ausprobiert ob ich jetzt H1 spielen kann und es ging.
