Stuck on loading screen

I need help!
My game just doesn't load! When i start it, it's stuck on the Z1 screen. The wall on the right side doesn't move and its position varys when i restart the game... Any idea?

It happens to me sometimes a restart the game helps me.

same problem here, cannot fix just restarting the game.

this comment solved the problem for me "Try this : delete h1z1.exe and useroptions.ini then verify game files after that launch the game on windowed mode (it might work after launching game few times) when you are ingame you can put fullscreen back. Had the same issue when patch went out but now i'm ok with that. Launched the game 2 times yesterday and i was able to play (didn't even have to put windowed mode again)".
