There was an error completing your request. Please try again.
I recently bought the game and now have created an account on the site. Now when I go to the game and try to sign in, it says "There was an error completing your request. Please try again." I have waited almost a day now and it still does not work. Could someone please help?

happened to me because i already had an account created a long time ago and didn't remember, but if you just boiught the game im not sure. Did you verify game cache?

yeah it still doesn't work, now I can't even get to the login screen. Did you figure it outa/

I found a fix. go into steam, click steam on the top left, then settings, then web browser, then delete cookies.
