Can i run?

These are the settings of my pc:
i3-3220 3.30GHz
8,00 GB RAM
64 Bits
EVGA GEFORCE GTX 1050 2GB 128Bits ACX DDR5

Can I run with a good fps?

not sure if you will be able to play it too the mimimum requirement is :
Processor Intel Core i3-4340 (3.60GHz)
GPU nVidia GeForce GTX 660 2GB
HD Space 30 GB available space
RAM 6 GB RAM
Your processor don't have enough GHz but your graphic card is above the minimum requirement.
I don't have enough knowledge in computer to tell you if you can play it sorry :/
