H1Z1 King of the Kill Crate Opening requires zip code??

So I bought $5 worth of crowns in H1Z1 King of the Kill and when I go to open up a frostbite crate it requires a zip code. I entered it in and nothing happens, except a blank black box with the word accept on it.... Does anyone know what happened or what I'm supposed to do, because currently in-game purchases on H1Z1 are not refundable.

That's happening to me as well did the same thing $5 worth of crowns and now i get the zip code and blank accept box? any help would be awesome.

If it doesn't fix on relaunch you're gonna have to wait it out. but considering it's $$ they'll probably fix it sometime soon.

I have relaunched so many times, deleted my player, played a few solo battles and still nothing. been a few days now since it first happened.

Stop wasting your money, that's what they want, money.. When it comes to actually do/fix something they go ghost.

Just got the message from the support team they said change region - open the crates then change back. It worked for me.
They also said they are having neworking issues with the Australian server at the moment im guessing.
They seem like they are working well to help everyone, it only took them a few hours to get back to me. im happy with the support i got.

You dont need an address just change redion to north america, open crates, then back to Australia. witch i assume your from.
im not to sure if any other regions are having trubble.

All good, once you are on the screan with (Play, Charactor, Marketplace and switch) just look under that for settings, click on that.
It should just be in there at the bottom. It says (regions).
