Algeria voice chat ban

Hello everyone, We recently got voicechat banned from H1Z1 King of the kill game.
I just wanted to know the main reason, is it because of the trashtalkers? Every living country in this world has trashtalkers and toxic players, Eventhough the Algerian community isn't that toxic.
In the name of the algerian H1Z1 King of the Kill community we would like you to unban us from the Voicechat because the game is no more fun as its used to be.
