Can you delete a Blackshot profile?

I'm trying to start again with Blackshot but I don't know if you can delete your older profile, or if you can create a new one without deleting the old one, can someone help me?

You Blackshot account is directly linked to your steam account.
In order to restart your account you will have 2 options:

1. Create a new Steam account in order to create a brand new BlackShot ID
   
2. Contact our support @ [e-mail] requesting your account reset.

In order to proceed with your request, you'll need add the following information to your email:

• Character Name;
  
• Previous Character Names (If you changed your name, write your previous names);
  
• Registered E-mail Address;
  
• Date of registration (When did you register? As accurately as you can remember. You can search your E-mail for any account registration E-mails related to Vertigo or BlackShot);
  
• IP address (Find out at {LINK REMOVED}www.whatismyip.com.) Let us know if there were any changes since the date of registration.
  
• Last payment transaction Information from BSC charges (9 Digit Transaction ID ) You are able to find this information on your email receipt
  
• Last Successful Login (date);
