Carnage?
Yo..is it possible to play as Carnage or is that only a console DLC?

Yes. He is playable in the PC version.

The DLC is no longer DLC this is the final version of the game and it has all the 30 characters and all the sim missions. There is no such thing as console exclusive content and there never even was for the 2nd game when talking about the main version only.
