Protectors campaign problem.

Am i correct to instal the game, then patch a, then b?

This is what I have done, and about 5 dialogue moves into the campaign it says the campaign is over.
I'm having no luck trying to google this.

Side note question: Would this game/mod support other wbc3 maps by any chance?

Full, then patch a and then patch b is the correct installation order, yes.

The campaign isn't finished yet. It has been released for testing/bug-finding purposes only.

WBC3 maps may be supported, I don't know how much headway was made, so importing WBC3 maps may be possible in the latest version. I only know that Polish WBC3 maps and WBC1/WBC2 maps are currently unsupported due to differences in the map data structure.

So there isn't an actual campaign? Like i said, about 5 moves in of trying to leave the island it says you've completed it.

There essentially isn't a campaign yet. However, the other campaigns are fully functional, such as the original WBC3 campaign or CW Magee's. There are also the chapters as well, which are prequels to the unfinished campaign, though you have to use a pre-made character to play them. User-made campaigns and chapters can be played via the C. Campaign / C. Chapter menus.

The first link is an updated version of 0.8.9b which was released exclusively within Discord. It fixes a game crash which happens when placing walls. The second link is an updated version of the WBC3 campaign which includes some fixes (installation instructions in the description). Hopefully these will fix the issues. If not, there may be a possibility that the installation was corrupted and TPC may need to be redownloaded and reinstalled.

@Snipington or to others who would face the same issue, as I did first: the content of the custom campaign "The Fifth Horseman (WBC3)" has to be copied under "The Protectors\CustomCampaigns\The Fifth Horseman (WBC3)" (not directly under The Protectors)
You can even remove the folder "Hero of Etheria" (more info on MODDB/The Protectors
