Doesn't seem like it can be to me, not through the Steam app at least.

Steam should totally add that though, at the moment the movie item in the Steam apps library only shows any gaming videos you have have recorded. (dunno if those can be played either, never made any)

Thanks for the reply. Didn't look like it to me, either. And yeah, I think the Steam player should be optimized for Android.

They could also add some support for andriod games, while I don't really enjoy playing on my phone the new HoMM3 for example has a android port as well as plays on PC.

The android app is pretty much useless for anything but grabbing stuff on sale when you can't get to your computer. Go into your games list and your phone locks up for five minutes trying to download all the thumbnails at once or something.

I actually don't have that problem, it doesn't seem to lock up for me whatever I do.
The phone app can also be used as a authenticator and the chat kinda works now.

I don't have any trouble with Android locking up, either. I don't expect android to run any of the games, but streaming videos it should handle.
