How can I download this movie from my library

I want to download this movie I bought on Steam to be able to share it with the rest of the world. How can I do that? Since this movie ist clearly licensed under CC BY NC SA (see 45m 38s), I want to give others the opportunity to watch it. According to https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/ "No additional restrictions — You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits."

So, how can I download it from my Steam library?

I'm not sure you can, but the series is on Youtube. You basicly only buy it here to support the making of more of this show or similar shows by the creators.
