How do i get the, and where are they

They are in the Stone Pillars area. There are color coded markers painted around to help with navigation but you know you are on the right trail if you find the big climbing wall. The note there should help you figure out the rest a bit easier.

i Have been to that wall but i have seen them in a locker but i cant find the key, the locker is in live grove

ah, those are actually different gloves. The ones in the locker are the workers gloves, bad for climbing, suited for fighting.

Not sure if you actually want help finding either directly or if you prefer a general idea of what to do and going from there so, I'll put these in spoiler tags:

Workers gloves:
the key is also found in the olive grove, there's a note near the locker that mentions they were working on the aqueduct which is meant to serve as your hint. The key to the locker is laying near the base of a tree to the side of the aqueduct near the well you can find a body in, it's not on one of the seemingly obvious blue tarped areas

Climbing gloves:
The note you find at the big rock wall complains about how he should have brought climbing gloves like Ally did, which is your hint that your are supposed to be looking for Ally. Iirc correctly it mentions that she went south but I'd have to recheck the note to be sure. She leaves markers in pink saying "Ally was here" so if you see those you are going the right way

I found a Wall with the sign of Ally. But when I try to climb it, I always fall down? Do I have to search the gloves somewhere else?

Ally leaves a trail of those signs, you won't find her at the very first one you spot but you will see like 4 or 5 of those signs along the way until you do find where she ended up (and you will need to climb up enough to actually reach her and get the gloves but there's a cliff spot a little higher to regen your stamina at and equip the gloves before continuing)

I found the way, up a wall I could not reach before, but stamine was enough time time. I was very often on this shop
