I can't start the game!

I am Japanese and use the translation function to type sentences.

I wanted to install it and play it, and when I pressed the play button, I saw the game screen for a while and then immediately disappeared and returned to the desktop.
PC specs are enough. I don't know what caused it not to start.
Consistency checked. I also tried reinstalling, but it didn't work.

IDK if this can help. There is a problem with 10th gen Intel and up, this is a work around and can work with other games having the same trouble. Right click game in Steam list and select properties. At the bottom of the first tab should say launch options, copy and past the following:

cmd /c "set OPENSSL_ia32cap=:~0x20000000 && %command%"
