Game decisions and alternative endings?

I am curious about the part where you find Renee's medical history and have to answer a lot of questions to her. Does it change the outcome of the game if you choose a different set of answers? During the gameplay I never noticed a course of action which revolved around the answers you gave. That was a little bit disappointing.

There is one ending but you approach it in different ways from different points of views depending on how you answer.
All the chapters paths are visible in the Chapters menu.
