Is this son of a nightmare a one time fight in The Rapture?

If so, I MAJORLY screwed up for that Epic Achievement and I'll need to get to it from a save file with way less progress. Someone please tell me the Boss Rush does have it in 3 heads and it does count for this. This would straight suck if I had to do over when it's THAT far in the game.

The 3-headed Zombie and Blaze Hydras are refightable in the mini-boss rush indeed.

And since there is an achievement for Epic for the rush, it works.

I was hoping for this answer this morning. I would have definitely got pissed if it was one time.

The only fight that you can miss the achievement for in this way is Anna. Anything else is either in the boss rushes or flat-out respawns.
