Any way to get this quest done?

I didn't get enough planks for randy in greenwood. Is the quest just stuck now?

nope. Go back to greenwood, there should be more monsters to kill for planks. One of them is hiding if I remember correctly.

Yeah no, I klled them all but they didn't respawn

They don't. There should be enough enemies to kill to get all the planks, you've probably missed one.

I can't make the Thief move from the right-hand secret door of the Equipment Shop in the Wild Tropics area. Nor am I able to get behind the counter in the Equipment Shop so I can access the fridge and the ladder. How do I get through that secret door?

I think you have to progress the story to a certain bit, for me i think it was when i beat the cyclops boss (can't remember tho)

I already beat Jotun and The Thief by the Equipment Shop in the Wild Tropics area still won't budge.

Once you get to Greenwood, the thief should be at another house in that area and therefore no longer be blocking the secret passage in Wild Tropics.

Don't kill her. Act like you're trying to capture her ("I'd have to be almost dead and very bogged down to surrender!"). Burn and Curse coupled with low health should do the trick.

I have the Burn part down with Matt's Eruption. What do I use to Curse Anna so I can try to Capture here?

At this point in the game, only NoLegs can curse with his dark skill. To make Anna surrender, you need to give her 4 status effects (less if she is at low health). You could do burn+poison (from shuriken)+any of NoLegs' status from his skills+stagger (from bomb).

get him close to dead then use Natalie's ult.
