The way the exp works in this game, it will take *years* to get it. (I'm serious!)
Anyway, at the end of the game where you can go to the portal to fight the final boss, you have a group of 3 monoliths you can fight on the left, kill them and teleport back to make it respawn.
To make it much faster, set the game in easy (Aka Zero) mode then equip the charm that give double SP and have whoever using it use a summon to wipe them out in one move, this give a little over 1m exp and SP refill each time. Snowflake works wonders for this. you could also use a elemental summon if you missed snowflake.
You might not kill them in one turn, but after a few levels, you should be able to since summons get stronger the higher your level is.
You can get to level 40 in a hour or so that way.
Nope, scaling got changed so you start scaling better than foes after level 40.
Ah, I wasn't aware that it got changed. Thanks for the correction!
No.
You are thinking of forgotten Ruins, Snowflake is in another area, which is accessed via forgotten Ruins, or the temple to be more precise.
Above this level grinding even futher would take years, since Snowflake at level 60 was giving more than 1 bilion EXP and even then it took around 40 minutes to level up to 61 (cycle of beating him, leaving temple so that he can respawn and going back was taking ~3 minutes each)
