All skills are on cooldown from time to time
This happens at least in Iron Fortress. All of a sudden, most of my skills are on cooldown. Happened with all characters, but not at once. E.g. I have Matt with all skills on 1 turn cooldown, except for Slicing Cyclon, Unleash and Torrent. Why does this happen?

LOL. you just got hit by the "disable" status effect, Which puts some of your skills on cooldown, even if they don't have any. The players should comment on it and you can see it appearing if you pay attention

I'm pretty sure they only comment on it once per character
