How to hack the save file to obtain bugged items?

Matt pointed out that some items from update 2.0 to 2.06 changes and may not be obtained unless through new runs or newgame+. However i wanna get the 2 final medals(greenwood boss and arcade rush) and it would suck to restart :"3
Does anybody know how to hack the save file? I just need the nano machines and companion cube flair from the data bunker.

I'm not 100% sure about what I'm going to say next but, since the game is made on flash, a .sol editor should allow you to edit your save.
