Do candy canes have any purpose outside of that one Christmas quest?
I've collected almost 400 of them and I was wondering if there's anything I can actually do with them.

Eat them and get a massive stomach ache.

Well anyways that is what I would do with them but I haven't found any other use for them yet either unfortunately.

they don't have any other use. same for the other related holiday drops and their related quests.
and for info, if you want to "unlock" them instead of waiting just set your pc date to febuary, april, october and december.
