i when with no legs being full ninja, regen+auto-target and revive badget, so i keep him being a full no-hit-tank and the rest deal damage with my favourite equipment
after 3rd try, i kill god

edit: oh and make sure u have fly bot counter buffer (that makes positive and negative effects reverse, to hit god where it hurts

and there is a guide somewhere here for a much and deeper way to make sure u kill him, but as i say before, only NoLegs i took care to equip well
