OST DLC not having all songs

Why does not the OST DLC have all the songs included? For example the Rapture/Lava Zone song is not there (the alternative one). Why? :( Give me all the songs!

The alternative songs are from the EBF4 soundtrack and were brought back for this game. The soundtrack is free so you can just grab it.
