Didn't get the Adventure Remix medal

Tried to go for the Adventure Remix medal in a hurry, but I didnt get the medal, and tried going everywhere in Greenwood village.
This is most likely my fault, as I started the Custom Game, but with no options marked, Zero Difficulty and a lot of cheats activated to just rush through.
Is it any one of those things that prevented the medal, all of them? I want to know so I dont screw myself over the next time I go for this one

I can't imagine that it would count as a custom game if you didn't pick any custom options.

That would be almost like cheating.

But I admit I cheat medals sometimes by getting epic medals and quitting without saving if I didn't capture the foe, then going back on normal (or lower) to catch it - so I can't fault you for trying it!

I just can easily see that being the reason.

There's also doing the "all challenge options enabled on a boss" medal against Boss Rush Jotun on Zero difficulty. Because that works.
