Can I somehow repeat boss fights? (for the epic difficulty achievement)

I have advanced quite a bit now and I have realized just now that there are achievements about beating the bosses on epic difficulty.
Is there any possibility to repeat those fights somewhere in order to unlock the achievement or do I have to restart the game?

-most of the bosses you can find in the boss arena near the end of the game.
-for the one that you can't, you will have to start a new game.
-you can NOT use new game plus to get those epic medals.
-medals are the same for all saves.
-playing everything on epic is recommended for the extra strategies and skills it can create.

From what I see I am shortly before the last boss, but I am not aware of the boss area. I have only realized the bonus "dungeons" so far.

Do you mean by that the strategies I as a player have to create for surviving the battles?

-at the teleporter area, you have to use the "holy" slime cat to access the boss arena area. (you have to finish some battles before unlocking the boss rushes).
-yes, strategies, which can make you survive better and kill things better.
-Be sure to read the library books on greenwood if you need info for better planning.
