Help with x360ce

I tried using it so I can use my controller but it ended up detecting it as the 2nd player, instead of the 1st one, help please D:

Edit: I think I'll go with a refund @_@ I can't seem to get it to work properly

Did you have any other controller plugged in?

FYI, you can select a character controlled by which player(controller) in the world map :)

I had my controller in and my x360ce program on, and it registered my emulated controller and my controller itself, and yes I can change but not when I'm going online, it seems to crash if I have more than 1 connected. . .also I wanted to host a game online but it didn't let me choose any other than the level 2-1 x.x

I think you mean level 2-3? In order to play a level online you have to finish it in local mode first.

You have to finish level 2-3 in order to play online?. Why? Why that level and why not a level called "Tutorial" or something like that? and I don't have the log

I believe you can play the Endless Mode (Level 2-4) without finishing any level. For the Story Mode it's designed to be experienced locally first. Level 1-1 to 2-2 are tutorial levels so you can't find them in the online level list.

Mac OS X: ~/Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log

Let's see, what I do is I download X360ce to be able to play it, otherwise when I use my controller the button config seems to be working. .. not as intended, as I can't config some of my keys [of my ps2 controller] and I have to use that program, when I use that program, It sets me to 2nd player and when I'm in the map mode I try pressing B and it quits me out of the map, I press A and it select the mission. That's fine, now I press X and it leads me to the Shop, which shouldn't be supposed to happen, and when I press Y it sends me to the Mission , like if I was pressing A

The thing is that I think my controller is like using the emulator and the controller itself at the same time, that's why when I press a button I'm pressing the 2nd player and the 1st player at the same time, it kind of triggers me. And the crash seemed to stop happening after I boot my computer.

The only thing that's keeping me from playing this game is making x360ce work, as just 1 controller and not 2 x.x

I also tried removing joystick 2 and 1 and trying to start the game without touching a thing , but it seems like my PS2 controller still wants to fight and always comes in first before my x360ce emulator

Edit: It crashed when I quit the game after leaving the 1st joystick to "Removed"

Yeah that was a combative PS2 controller :)

Did you try the in-game controller mapping tool? You can assign controller to player with it.

I tried changing the Submit button from the UI and It doesn't change , it's set on Y, I try to set it on A, and it doesn't seem to change at all, I tried without using the x360ce emulator and still nothing

I'm not sure if it's your hardware or drivers (I dont' have a PS2 controller)... It would be very helpful if you can upload a video about you re-mapping the buttons.

A video? but I don't even know how to do that, Isn't there a place to rebind them outside the game? like a notepad?

Sorry, I just found the bug that the re-mapping doesn't apply to UI control... It will be fixed in the next version. Thanks for the bug reporting!

Hi, sorry for taking so long... the bug has been fixed in the latest version (v1.3.0). A lot of new cool stuff have been added too! Go check them out!
