Anyone Have Some Tips For the Boss?

I hadn't played this in a while (However I remembered how much I loved it) so I played on easy (Because I was new again) and when I got to Abbadon or whatever his name is I got SLAUGHTERED, does anyone have any tips for me? I know you have to kick the skulls at him, but then what?

shoot the boulders he throws at you, dodge the firestorms and after a firestorm kick the skulls at him that are generated with the firestorm on skull piles. One his yellow bar is empty shoot him with your strongest weapon. Keep moving, keep dodging.

I could never beat abaddon either, even with my friend helping. I am considering opening it up again but I see that it may be as dead as the enemies I fought. LIVE HHR- YOU HAD POTENTIAL!

Not sure if it's patched but on the hardest difficulty he is way easier than the rest.

Avoid the fire he lays down by all means. It will sap all your HP in seconds. Its better to have a tier 3 melee the tutonic mace before you get there cuz if you don't manage to get max tier with one of your weapons your gonna have it rough with the rock demons. Max tier melee is helpful but not needed and any weapon will do at max well in the boss stage for I've used them all and survived but I personally find the arsonater (final tier for shotgun) to be most effective against the boss and also works against the rock demons sapping their health killing them in short time but you still gotta keep on the move and take care not to lose track of the boss's actions or it will be your last.
