Crashing at 0% Compiling Shaders Screen

I have a 9800x3d and a 9070 XT, drivers completely updated, and I can't seem to even compile shaders. I'm not sure what the issue is, but it appears to need some work.

i got passed that but i cant stop crashing on main mnue even on dlss performance. 4080 super, ryzen 7 5800x. dx11 would fix it but there is no dx11 support
