Downshift Protection ?

Hello, with manual shifting i can't shift down very fast like i can do it in other racing sims (rfactor for example), is it because the cars got a Downshift protection ? If yes, its a disadvantage. I would prefer to implement a ingame option to disable / enable the Downshift protection.

the difficulty settings are custom (auto shifting disabled, auto blip and auto lift disabled etc)

You can edit your PLR file manually. Userdata\<playername>\<playername>.plr

Repeat Shifts="4" // 0 = no repeat shift detection, 1 = detect and eliminate accidental repeat shifts within 100ms, 2 = 150ms, 3 = 200ms, 4 = 250ms, 5 = prevent shifting again before previous shift is completed
