NPC Blocking path, Bolshoi

Hi, just got here with Pavel and after walking past the pigs, Beggar and entering bar area. An NPC walks upto a table and stops blocking my path. I have reloaded countless times and he is moving but every time stops and blocks the path? Really don't want to start from beginning, is there a way of loading a previous save?

Just restart that chapter

I can confirm that restarting chapter does fix this.
