Prisoner Release, Can Someone Please Explain.

Hi Everyone,

Can someone please explain how I can release the prisoners in the cells. I have already passed that level, however I am more then willing to go back and try again.

I tried, but I couldn't figure out how to do it. Love this game though.

When you get to the room where Pavel is asking you to hit the other switch while he hits the first one, and there are guns strapped to the wall, the switch is in that room on a control panel.
