Preved Sniper Rifle Ammo

I've been experimenting with the guns in this game. The standard sniper rifle ammo I have stocked up doesn't show up when I purchase the Preved. What kind of ammo does it use and where do I get it?

Upon purchase it says I have one bullet, but I can't sell that bullet (although I can shoot it). Will it appear more in the later parts of the campaign?

yeah ammo is scarce for it, i bought it thinking it used the 7.62 ammo as well but turned out i only had 1 round. It looks more like an old soviet anti tank rifle (like the ones in red orchestra 2) so its more like a .50 cal or higher. Tripwire had a video showing the size of the AT rifles round compared to the 7.62 etc. from when they were recording the WW2 weapons for RO2.

some hostiles, and here and there some containers are having the bullets. but you must know, the preved is originally an anti tank rifle, so the bullets it uses are comparable to those with 50 cal, hench its also saying, this rifle is able to shoot through cover. since you are on the last level, i can tell you this. when you get ambushed on the courtyard in the ghetto complex by your commie friend, and the dark one is helping you seing the hostiles, you can use this rifle to shoot through the walls, so you dont have to wurry about getting from behind cover.

I actually used the regular sniper rifle on that level, along with my tricked out Kalash 2013 and RPK.

That can probably help, but you don't really get that much help with seeing them.
