Look at it from a different perspective: The Complete Edition and the Original version of 2033 are Rare Pepes on Steam, something not everyone has.
This simply means that all of Last Light's DLCs are included.
like, wouldnt the devs want people to play the version with the best graphics? if i were the dev i would want people to play the version of my game that has the best visuals :S

I didn't even remember there were DLCs for the original Last Light.
Anyway whatever, my copy of Last Light is now showing in my library as Complete Edition.
