It really amazes me that a nice gesture from the devs for the 10th anniversary is still a cause for complaint. If someone likes the free version a lot, they can always leave 5 bucks for the redux version at a sale, right?

Look at it from a different perspective: The Complete Edition and the Original version of 2033 are Rare Pepes on Steam, something not everyone has.

like, wouldnt the devs want people to play the version with the best graphics? if i were the dev i would want people to play the version of my game that has the best visuals :S

The Redux version came out years ago and you can get all of the Metro games for pocket change if you wait for a sale, what are you even talking about?
