Enable Command Console?

According to the USER.CFG file: bind console kGRAVE

1) What is the "kGRAVE" key?

2) How do we ENABLE the console?

I did put "-console" as a launch option.

This game doesn't work with launch options made for other engines, it is uses its own custome engine. I think you can use cheatengine to inject hex paramters that could either enable console, or give you the settings you would enable with console.
