Where to increase magic-s storage

I can only store 100 magic and the witches hut needs 40k. So what building has magic storage increase?

You can trade for over your storage limit. You just cant manually produce over your limit.

So send your caravans/ship off to trade for magic.

The swamp building increases limit but thats after you need 40k.

Oh, it had to be unlocked in school, not library.
