[Linux] Black screen only
Hello.. I'm afriad this isn't working for me on Linux, I do start the game and the screen appears to be doing something, then it goes black and I hear the music.. I think I managed to start the game by accident fumbling around as I got some rather nice voice acting and some story.. anyway..

It may be an issue with resolution - I'm running dual monitors and sometimes Unity has issues with that. I did try disabling one in the nvidia control panel but then running the game woke it up anyway so I dont know what happens there.

I ran game through terminal I got this:
/data/steamgames/steamapps/common/Mazement $ ./mazement.x86 Set current directory to /data/steamgames/steamapps/common/Mazement Found path: /data/steamgames/steamapps/common/Mazement/mazement.x86 Mono path[0] = '/data/steamgames/steamapps/common/Mazement/mazement_Data/Managed' Mono path[1] = '/data/steamgames/steamapps/common/Mazement/mazement_Data/Mono' Mono config path = '/data/steamgames/steamapps/common/Mazement/mazement_Data/Mono/etc' displaymanager : xrandr version warning. 1.4 client has 4 screens displaymanager screen (0)(DVI-D-0): 1920 x 1080 displaymanager screen (1)(DVI-I-1): 1920 x 1080 Using libudev for joystick management Importing game controller configs

Dont know why it's saying I have 4 screens.

is there a way to force windowed mode with a launch option?

Some system informations if that is of any help

Thank you for the logs. We shall see what we can do.

oh! this is not logs.. I did find Player.log inside ~/.config/unity3d/Wronghut/Mazement if that might be of a help though..

I put on pasteall because it's kind of long http://www.pasteall.org/65457

cheers!

I'm still just getting the black screen.

I dont see anything weird inside the log, but I'm not the expert.. You've tested this on Ubuntu or Mint or so? I wonder what is different in my case to make it not work nicely this time...

I did wait a long time but I'm sorry I just refunded this because you've not got back to me and the game doesn't work.

All the best.

Sorry you had to refund, but that's OK, it did take a long time for me to get around looking into this. I still didn't find what would have caused your exact problem, but I built Mazement with a newer version of Unity today and it seems to solve one other Linux problem we have seen (big black triangles randomly blocking the view). We will be updating the Linux version within a few days.

The Linux version has now been updated and should work better.

hi! unfortunately I haven't heard anything about your game earlier, as it seems to be very funny. just wanted to let you know that the current binary seems to work fine on linux (only tried first level as I don't have time atm). I got Mazement via todays bundlestars bundle btw and wouldn't have bought it without it. thanks for the linux binary, looks like a very nice time!
