After Traveling with Pups, the Game Says I Won. That's It?
Am I missing something? I was hoping my pups would grow and I could play the game along with them, but the game just ended after the rendezvous point. Am I missing something? Also is the Anniversary Edition the same or does it let you hunt with your entire pack (not just your mate), to continue the cycle?

This will happen soon, I suggest checking out the youtube video about the saga. "Where no WolfQuest has gone before"

Ah so for normal Wolf Quest (WQ 2.7), that is it? Just pup travel and then game end? Pups never show to grow to adulthood?

Yeah, pretty much.

Due to the grant-funded and unfinished nature of the original Legacy game, Classic (which itself was funded out-of-pocket by the dev) didn't receive much story development and only saw quality-of-life improvements, bug fixes, and some new features, so sadly it shares the same abrupt ending at the rendezvous site.

Once you reach the rendezvous site, that is where the game ends. There's nothing more to do beyond that point other than starting a new game and replaying, or reloading a previous save (if you made one before starting the Final Journey mission) to chill out with the pups endlessly. Unfortunately, your pups don't mature into adulthood. Classic's development ended in 2017, so it won't receive any further episodes to continue your pack's story.

Anniversary Edition is currently in Early Access and as such is still deep in its development cycle. Right now, it ends in a state of Endless Summer which (unlike Classic's abrupt ending) allows you to continue playing within certain limitations. The developers are working towards wrapping up WQ:AE's story in a year-by-year cycle called the "Saga", which will see pups maturing into adults (some may disperse to find mates of their own, some may stay to help you raise next year's litter) among other improvements when it is fully implemented. There are a couple of devblogs on that, but here's the initial announcement: https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/926990/view/3126059718248127351?l=english

It'll be a while (no release date/ETA) before it arrives, but the head dev has confirmed that it will be a free update exclusive to that game.

Thank you, so much, that was extremely helpful.

Yes, unlike Anniversary Edition, the arc is completed at no more than 15 pounds, and reaching the rendezvous site. You can make another save though.
