Cannot log in

Hello, so my little sister likes to play this game but recently she has been unable to player on multiplayer. The button is greyed out and say that she needs to register or log in but when she pressed the log in button it comes up with, "Opps! Something went wrong! Error autologging in with steam: your account is disabled". I've looked around and cannot find a solution to this, could someone please help me with how to resolve this.

Check the e-mail associated with the account for a message from [e-mail].

The WQ forum issues don't affect game login. If your account is disabled, you probably got an email from wolfquest about breaking MP rules, please look for it and email [e-mail] if you have questions.

I have checked the e-mails and there is nothing from Wolfquest Manager. Can you please re-send or please re-instate this account. As there should not be a ban on account. We don't know why there is a ban. Thank you.
