Help!

Ok so I've been trying to get the game to run but whenever I try to it says "Preparing to launch World of Zoo" and then the box where you click "play" would pop up. I'd click play and then again it'd say "preparing to launch world of zoo" and then the thing would pop up again.

No, I did not. Although it did eventually start working. Try reinstalling it and/or restart Steam afterwards. I forget what I really did since it was such a while ago.

If someone still needs help in 2021, it worked for me when I turned off the full screen modus!

I am having trouble with this as well, I have tried reinstalling it, verifying game files, restarting steam, restarting my computer, turning off full screen, everything but nothing works. can anyone please help?
