does it have free roam, open world etc yet?
played the game when it was release and i liked the idea, but did not like you can play only mission .. free roam didnt offered anything, no attacks, couldnt kill civilians etc .. does the game have it today?

There is a mod that allows you to play free roam , blow stuff up without restarting , spawn in enemies.
